I had a great experience with SnowOutfit’s customer service. The items I ordered ended up being much too large for me, and their team was incredibly quick to respond and very clear and straightforward about the return process and instructions. There was no runaround or confusion, which I really appreciated. They were also kind enough to waive the $30 restocking fee for my return, which was completely unexpected and made an already positive experience even better. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me get the right fit rather than make the return process difficult. I ended up ordering replacement pieces in smaller sizes (and added some socks too!). Really impressed with how they handled everything. Fast, helpful, fair, and easy to work with . I’d absolutely shop with them again
