Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (most ship within 24 hours).

  • Extra time may be needed during holidays and sale seasons.


Estimated Delivery

  • Free Shipping on all orders.

  • US / UK / JP / AU / CA: typically 7–14 business days (sometimes 8–15).

  • Other countries: usually 12–25 business days, depending on customs and carrier.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Note: Sorry, we cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number.

  • If tracking hasn’t updated yet, your parcel is likely in transit or pending customs clearance. It will refresh after a local scan.


Customs & Delays

  • International orders may incur customs duties or taxes per local regulations.

  • Peak months (e.g., December) may cause carrier delays.


Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the parcel:

    • Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building staff.

    • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

    • If still missing, email support@snowoutfit.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help file a claim and work toward a resolution.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
