30-Day Return Window

We build gear to be used—and we stand behind it. If something isn’t working for you, here’s how to send it back.


Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery for eligible returns.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returned items must not affect secondary sales (no stains, odors, or damage).


Fees

  • Restocking fee: $15 per order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including exchanges).


Not Eligible

  • Clearance / Final Sale

  • Deep flash-sale SKUs

  • Other exclusions shown on product pages


Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


International

  • Customer covers return shipping outside the US.

  • Mark customs forms as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra fees.


How to Start

  • Email support@snowoutfit.com with your order number and reason.

  • Ship within 7 days after approval.

  • Report damage/defects within 7 days of delivery.
