Important Address Notice:

If your local post office only delivers to a PO Box, please enter both your physical address AND your PO Box at checkout (for example, add the PO Box on Address Line 2).

This helps the carrier correctly route your package and avoid delivery failure or return.

⚠️ Orders with incomplete or incompatible addresses may be delayed or returned by the carrier.

Proper care will help maintain the waterproof performance, durability, and comfort of your ski outerwear. We recommend cold water wash and gentle cycle if using a machine. Use a mild detergent, and preferably place the garment in a laundry bag to protect the technical fabrics and coatings. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as they may damage the waterproof membrane.

After washing, hang dry only — do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. For best performance, we suggest reapplying a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray periodically to restore water-beading on the outer layer.

With proper care, your gear will stay in top condition and support you through many seasons on the mountain.

If you’re unsure about your size or deciding between colors, we strongly recommend reaching out to us before placing the order.

Because we’re a small business, returning or exchanging multiple items can create unnecessary shipping and handling costs for both sides — and returned items are subject to a $15 restocking fee per order.

We truly want you to receive the right piece the first time.
